This is the first time Durbin Metals have used First Response for our first aid training. We have been using a different company for the training up till now but our staff have always returned saying that he course was boring and they didn’t get much out of it.

This year we decided to change the company we used and we selected First Response. I am glad we did, being a manager of Durbin Metals I was told that I have to take a first aid course. I was very sure I was not going to enjoy it and come back with the same opinion as my colleagues who had been on these courses with other first aid companies. I did enjoy the whole day as did the other members of Durbin Metals who were with me. We learnt a lot things that we did not know about and we are all confident that is the need ever came up we would be able to administer the first aid required without delay or fear.

We are now changing the contents of our first aid cabinets to a more practical content and not off the self box every one buys because it looks like it contains the right stuff. Clive delivered the information clearly, directly and brilliantly, it was easy to understand and no one felt uncomfortable in speaking up and asking questions. Very, very good course.
