Maintaining and updating levels of knowledge and skills are important in every aspect of working life - particularly when those skills may be used infrequently, are complex, or could be important in saving a life!

To maintain an HSE First Aid at Work certificate, requalification training is only mandatory every three years. First Response recognises that many First Aiders and their employers are now demanding more frequent update training.
