First Response COVID-19 Plan
The health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues is our priority. We would like to outline our position on the Coronavirus situation and how we are addressing it, being both proactive and responsive to Government guidance.
We have implemented our business continuity plan and risk management to address the following key areas:
- Colleague welfare and the working environment – hygiene and working practices.
- Community Interactions – meeting and relationship management.
- Business Continuity - systems and ways of working.
- Training - we are still able to offer training and are adhering to all current social distancing guidelines.
