First Response Resuscitation & First Aid Training Limited's Clive Haddrell has over thirty years experience with the Great Western Ambulance Service NHS Trust and is Paramedic Advisor to the well-known television program "Casualty". (Retired from "BBC Casualty" 2017 to concentrate on his business)
Clive specialises in facilitating courses in “Medical Emergencies & Resuscitation” Training at GP and Dental Practices as required for staff annual CPD.
Dr Knut Schroeder PhD MRCP FRCGP
General Practitioner and Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer, Centre for Academic Primary Care, University of Bristol. Founder and Director, Expert Self Care Ltd - Providing Tools for Better Health (a UK Social Enterprise).
Dr Schroeder is an experienced independent GP and a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners and was a partner at the award-winning Concord Medical Centre in Bristol from 2005-2015.
He has over 20 years’ experience in the NHS and is author of four books, including Diagnosing Your Health Symptoms For Dummies.
He has also had academic papers published in major journals and leads on creating the content for healthcare apps with Expert Self Care UK (see www.expertselfcare.com). He brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, particularly in the area of paediatrics and baby first aid consultancy.
Dr Camilla George BDS, MFDS RCS (Eng), MSc (Dist), LLM, BSc (Hons)
General Dental Practitioner, Examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons London, Specialist Dental Advisor to the Care Quality Commission, Clinical Advisor to the General Dental Council and Forensic Odontologist
Camilla has worked for fourteen years as a dentist (including oral surgery, community dentistry and teaching at Kings College, London); sharing knowledge and promoting high standards in dental healthcare. Currently the principal dentist of an independent dental practice, D.A.W Dental Care Lechlade (www.dentartwork.co.uk).
Camilla is also a forensic dentist and expert witness (www.newa.expert/experts/dr-camilla-george/forensic-odontologist-and-general-dentist/swindon/E17668) with an LLM in Legal Aspects of Medical Practice.
Peter Salt – Clinical Consultant

Former Clinical Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department at the BRI, leading a team of sixty-two Registered Nurses. Specialising in Accident & Emergency care, resuscitation & trauma management. Pete is well qualified in the field of Advanced Trauma Life support, and Pre-Hospital Trauma Management, as well as Mobile Medical Team Training. He is also the Clinical Nurse Adviser to the BBC “Casualty” Programme.
Karen Markes – Occupational Health Consultant

Karen trained as a Registered General Nurse in Exeter in 1986. She has worked in Occupational Health for 20 years; the last 11 years in education at the University of Oxford and the University of Exeter. She achieved her degree in Occupational Health Nursing in 2000 and an MSc in Occupational Health Psychology in 2009. She is now Occupational Health Manager at the University of Exeter.
Sadie Bryan – Health & Safety Consultant

Sadie joined the company in September 2002. Sadie's previous experience includes Continuous Improvement Manager with Coca Cola Enterprises Ltd, responsible for Quality, Safety and Environment. Sadie's qualifications have been gained with Neville-Clarke International Internal Quality, Safety and Environmental Auditing, Cert No: CP00254/11 and is ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. Sadie is responsible for carrying out Internal Quality, Safety and Environmental Audits for First Response Resuscitation & First Aid Training Limited.
Mrs Andy Bleasdale – Education Development Consultant

Andy has been employed in the education field for over thirty six years. Seventeen of those years were spent as Headteacher of a successful primary school. Part of her personal development involved working as an Advisory Teacher for the Local Authority as well as a School Leadership Coach. She will bring with her quality support and development (CPD) opportunities for all the tutors/assessors within the company.
