First Response welcomes Mrs Andy Bleasdale
Andy has been employed in the education field for over thirty six years. Seventeen of those years were spent as head teacher of a successful primary school. She brings to First Response her vast experience working as an Advisory Teacher for the Local Authority as well as a School Leadership Coach. She will be responsible for the support and development (CPD) opportunities for all of us in the team at First Response.

ISO 9001, 18001 and 14001 Audits
First Response underwent its 2012 annual ISO 9001, 18001 & 14001 audits on Friday 8th June. This was carried out by Mr Cliff Smith of QMS (Quality Managements Systems).

First Response's Sadie Watts passes NEBOSH Diploma
Sadie Watts joins one of over 10,000 students to have passed the NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. This is a significant qualification for First Response Resuscitation and First Aid Training, and further strengths the company's portfolio of certification.

First Response one of the first Qualsafe Awards Centre in the region
Clive Haddrell, Director of First Response, is delighted to announce that the company has been awarded prestigious Qualsafe Registered Centre status. Only a handful of first aid training companies in the South West have achieved this standard, which means they are now assured to deliver some of the best quality training in the region.

NEW COURSE ANNOUNCEMENT: Sports Club First Aid Medical Team Training
First Response have unveiled their latest course offering amateur sports clubs the opportunity to have their medical teams fully trained to HSE, JRCALC, Resuscitation Council UK 2010 and NICE standards.

Pilning Surgery Support Group
Cive Haddrell, Direct at First Response Resuscitation and First AId Training Limited, Bristol was invited to give a talk to the Pilning Surgery Support Group. The turnout from the community of Pilning was overwhelming. During the evening and Clive presented the group with the New Resuscitation (2010) Guidelines as well as other First Aids topics.
